Summer is here!
The weather is hot outside and we are burning up the gym at the Kernersville
Parks and Recreation Center on the inside during our classes!
If you haven’t heard, we are doing a “wedding series”!! That’s right, no longer will you have to watch from the sidelines while everyone else gets up does line dances at wedding receptions!!! We are learning the dances in class!
The Wobble, Cha Cha slide, Cupid shuffle, and much more!
Divas, keep striving for your goals this summer! Vacationing is important but don’t let your fitness goals go unmet just because the weather is pretty!
If you can’t make class, walk or dance where ever you are! Also, stay hydrated; 8 glasses of water daily!
Work hard and PLAY hard!
