Does anyone know roughly the total calories the you burn off in an average zumba dance , say 7 mins. I am trying to develop a weight loss program based around Zumba
Participants usually burn 600-1000 calories per class! Do if we use 600 calories per class, 10 calories are burned per 60 minute class! 70 calories in 7 minutes!
